Welcome to Tayelor Phelps Photography! By booking a session with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of [Half session payment] is required to secure your booking.

• Final payment is due on the day of the session unless otherwise arranged by the photographer.

• All payments are accepted via [Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, credit card, bank transfer].

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Clients may cancel or reschedule their session with at least [30] days' notice for a full refund of any amounts paid, minus the deposit.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests within [15] days of the session are subject to a [30%] fee of the total booking cost.

• In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions or personal emergencies), we will do our best to reschedule your session at no additional cost to deposit or pre-payments.

3. Travel & Additional Fees

• Travel fees for destination weddings or sessions outside of [Shelbyville, IN] will be the responsibility of the client. These fees will be discussed and agreed upon before booking.

• Travel fees include transportation, accommodation (if applicable), and any additional expenses incurred for or during the shoot.

4. Session Details & Duration

• Session times and locations are confirmed ahead of time. Any additional time or locations requested on the day of the shoot may incur extra charges.

• If the client arrives late, the session will still end at the scheduled time, unless additional time is arranged in advance.

5. Client Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for ensuring they are ready at the scheduled time, including hair, makeup, and wardrobe.

• For family or children’s sessions, the client is responsible for their child’s safety and behavior during the shoot.

6. Image Delivery

• Final edited images will be delivered to the client within [4] weeks of the session via an online gallery or other delivery method.

• Tayelor Phelps Photography reserves the right to use any images taken for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes unless otherwise stated by the client in writing prior to the session.

7. Copyright & Usage

• All images produced by Tayelor Phelps Photography are the property of Tayelor Phelps Photography. Clients are granted a license for personal use only.

• Clients are not permitted to alter or edit the images. Additional usage rights (e.g., commercial use) must be agreed upon separately.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Tayelor Phelps Photography is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to clients, their guests, or their property during the session.

• In the unlikely event of photo loss or damage due to technical failure, Tayelor Phelps Photography’s liability is limited to a Partial refund of the amount paid for the session.

9. Force Majeure

• In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, illness, etc.), Tayelor Phelps Photography will not be held liable. In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule the session.

10. Agreement & Amendments

• By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined above. Any changes or amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
